The FireFly Flypast

On the 10th September British Airways A319 G-EUPC 'The FireFly' flew over London at around 2000ft. This was taking part in Team GB's parade through London. It started off by taking off from Heathrow, Circling over north Kent and making its way to fly over the Olympic Stadium before flying down the Mall and Landing at Heathrow. The message 'Thank You' was applied to the bottom of the aircraft to thank everyone that has taken part in the London 2012 Olympics. There was no rest for G-EUPC after its Flypast as 30 minuets after it had landed at Heathrow, it was back in passenger service.
