The first A330 for Arik Air has been acquired by the carrier. It is an ex Kingfisher (VT-VJL) aircraft and it has been in storage at Dublin since the carrier ceased international services. It was re-painted into the Arik Air livery at Dublin and was then ferried to Bordeaux for cabin fitting before being delivered to the carrier. When it is delivered it will be registered 5N-JIC
