BAE and EADS merge?

There is a possibility that BAE Systems and EADS may merge. This would make one of the biggest and most powerful aviation companies in the world! The go-ahead will only happen when the companies have been able to win the battle of the contesting governments from around the world. It is a £30 Million deal. They have until the 10th October to put forward a formal plan forward but they are expected to ask for a extension in the time limit. The merge is likely to make 220,000 jobs and 48,000 of those in the United Kingdom.
